Auletto Caterers offers a wide range of menu and service options to tailor your event to suit your taste. Regardless of the menu you select, Auletto’s always accommodates any special diets and/or allergies. Seasonal specialties are also available.

Formal Dinner
Guests order an entree from three gourmet selections you have predetermined. Each entree is cooked to order.
Dinner Buffet
Our maitre d’ escorts your guests to the buffet, which includes an antipasto bar and five hot entrees. The guest-of-honor tables receive formal rolling cart service.
Brunch
The best of breakfast and lunch. Includes an omelet station with our chef cooking to order.
Luncheon Dinner
Similar to the formal dinner, with lighter, luncheon fare.
Luncheon Buffet
Antipaso bar, four entrees of lighter fare, served buffet stlye.
Stations
Savory stations leisurely placed around the room to encourage socializing and flow.
Cocktail Party
Reception with butlered hot and cold Hors D’oeuvres. Our tuxedoed staff circulates and serves your guests. If you prefer, your guests may be served from gourmet stations.
